O'Sullivan's on the Lake Motel

We stayed at O'Sullivans for the first time and what a great choice! It is a pet-friendly motel. It has a cozy family feel to it. Everyone is easy-going and nice to deal with. The room we stayed in was spacious and newly renovated. There is a small beach to relax or launch kayaks from, which can be rented, or you can bring your own. There's a nice pool area where you can grill or relax in. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was my family’s first stay here. I have been coming to Lake George since I was a kid and have loved it. My husband and our toddler and I decided on a last minute trip and all I can say is WOW! They allowed us to check in early for free as our rooms were ready 3 hours early and we were hoping to get out of the heat. We had requested prior for two rooms on the ground level as my father in law has mobility issues. They put us right in front of the pool and when we walked into the rooms they were amazing. Clean, cool and roomy. The location was amazing as all we had to do was take 10 steps and we were at the pool. And the seating in the pool area was amazing. We spend 95% of our time at the pool and it was clean and kept in great condition. We also went down to the beach which was clean, chairs were in great condition and just overall beautiful. The staff in the office were so overly nice and it just made us feel like we were staying with friends. The location to the village was a 3 minute walk. We even got to meet the owners father at the pool and we got to hear the story. This will be a place we continue to stay as it was one of the best places I have stayed in lake George.

Very nice location, pool was still open. Walk down to the water. Had a great double king bed room with lake view. Walk to downtown in 5 mins. Very good price point.

The owners and their management team are who all hospitality business should strive to be like, they are amazing. From booking online or over the phone the process is easy. If you need to contact them via email they answer with in 24 hours if not sooner. They make all of their guests and their requests and requirements at the top of their list. Their rooms are large, comfortable and offer everything you need for your stay. We have been coming here for 6 years and we will not stay at another hotel/motel. The location is prime. Walking distance to everything yet not right in the middle of the busy part of the strip. Thank you Matt and your team for making every visit with you a pleasurable one.

My husband and I stayed in a deluxe king motel room and it was amazing!!! The room was a great size and had a lot of space in there! The bathroom was beautiful. And having a walk in shower was nice. The pool is heated which was very nice. We sat down on the beach and watch the sunrise and it was incredibly beautiful! All the staff were very nice and friendly as well! Definitely would recommend this place and definitely coming back again!

My self and my family members have been staying at O'sullivans for 35 years . The owners and staff through the years have always been top notch. The rooms ,the grounds were always kept up. Over the last few years they have done renovations to the rooms and grounds that make you feel right at home. I can not express the kindness they have towards our pets as well. Matt and his crew are always on top of everything. If there's any emergencies they are right there to make sure your stay is perfect. I can say enough good things about this place. All I can say is Try it!

If you’re looking for a pet-friendly, affordable, clean, and well-kept hotel close to the village, O’Sullivans is exactly where you want to stay. We just returned from our fifth visit, and I honestly don’t know how we could stay anywhere else. The staff is always so warm, welcoming, and willing to help with anything you might need, big or small. This trip was extra special because we brought along our very shy dog, and she had an absolute blast! The section of the lake that belongs to the hotel was perfect for her. She swam, played, made friends, and was happily exhausted by the end of each day. It meant so much to us to see her included in the fun instead of left behind. We’re so thankful to O’Sullivans for being one of the few truly pet-friendly resorts in the village. They’ve created such a comfortable, inviting place where both people and pets can feel at home. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This is a great place to stay at lake George! Reasonably priced, comfortable rooms and walking distance to everything! I never used my car from the time I got there until the time I left. So much to do within walking distance. Restaurants, pubs with live music, the park area was beautiful, went on the ad around deck boat for a tour of lake George with a wedding party. Most of the wedding party stayed at O'Sullivan's. Somewhere in cabins and somewhere in the main building but all of us enjoyed it very much! We're already talking about going back next year as a group to celebrate the bride and grooms anniversary. My only regret is not booking a few extra days and staying longer. All of the staff were polite, professional and did a great job. Keep up the great work O'Sullivan's! Looking forward to seeing your next season.
